The header had Windows 7 Home Premium fresh install as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by reinstall windows 7 Home Premium, win7 Home Premium, and Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium which isn't as ranked as highly as Windows 7 Home Premium fresh install. The next words the site used was Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade. Windows 7 Home Premium Repairs was also included but could not be seen by web crawlers.
